Operations & Billing, Digital Harvest | Co-Host, Babies & Business

Meet Rachel Gonzales

Rachel Gonzales is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse at Digital Harvest, where she manages operations, client billing, and systems that keep everything running smoothly. Known affectionately as the “Queen of Cashflow,” she brings order, clarity, and a warm, people-first approach to the agency's inner workings.

Her gift for organization and natural empathy make her a key support not only to the Digital Harvest team, but also to the clients they serve. Rachel is constantly refining internal processes to make the client experience more efficient and enjoyable, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

In addition to her operational role, Rachel actively represents Digital Harvest in the Albuquerque business community. She’s a passionate connector, sharing the agency’s mission and helping small businesses discover new ways to grow their digital presence, both through Digital Harvest and through her own experience as a small business owner and mom.Rachel is also the co-host of the Babies & Business podcast, where she and Avram share honest conversations about what it’s really like to build a business while raising kids. Her down-to-earth wisdom and compassionate take on business and motherhood resonate deeply with listeners.

A passionate mom of two, Rachel thrives on routines, checklists, and board game nights. When she’s not managing operations or hosting the podcast, you’ll find her sewing, hiking, camping with the family, or happily organizing just about anything.

She believes that success doesn’t have to be chaotic and that a little structure, clear communication, and genuine care can go a long way in both business and life.

One of her guiding principles is Brené Brown’s quote, “Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind,” a mindset she brings into every process, conversation, and relationship.
